I appreciate Palomar's new menu with a generous amount of vegan and vegetarian options. The tacos costeños (battered cauliflower) were delicious and delicious. The pibil mushroom tacos were also delicious. I hope to try the fried mushroom appetizer and vegan lobster roll on my next visit. There is simply nothing better than the ambiance and decor of this magnificent, iconic restaurant.
